possible overtraining?

I train 6 days a wk. but it's only one body part per day. I've been told it's too much. I'm on a Test and EQ cycle now. I do approx. 16 sets for large muscles and 12 for smaller muscles. Cardio 3 to 4 times/wk. Training is as follows.
Mon. superset arms
Tues. legs
Wed. calves and abs
Thurs. chest
Fri. back
Sat. shoulders
Sun. off
It is alot w/o time off but my thoughts were I'm giving each body part a full wk. before I hit it again. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.

When it comes to overtraining, there is no set rule. What may be overtraining for one person is undertraining for another.

How do you feel? Are you making gains? Do you feel alert all day? Are you in a good mood? Is your appetite good? Can you easily fall asleep at night? Is your sex drive high? Are you motivated to train? If the answer to all these things is "yes", an your joints are not in any kind of serious pain, then I'd say you're fine.

Appreciate the reply bro. Yes to all of the questions. That's kinda what I thought. Just wanted to make sure and get some other opinions.

Since we are on the topic and you find it interesting, this might be something really cool for you to read. It concerns dual factor theory (i.e. the byproducts from training being: fitness and fatigue i.e. leads to overtraining) and how this is managed and used to advantage in athletics:

If you wanted to browse through some others, someone turned up these the other day:
