Possible overtraining.

So i lift like 5 days a week but in addition to that while im sitting around the house ill knock out insane amounts of curls push ups flys sholder presses and junk like that with a dumbell i have laying around lol. Im bulking at the moment on 200 test 200 tren week 20 mg s drol ed now.

I know muscles need rest to grow obv but this isnt slowing gains right? I mean im getting amazing gains but i want to max the swolenness

male arctic seals during mating season will arrive on the beach where females are waiting.

the males will do NOTHING EXCEPT fight each other and bang the females for 2-3 weeks straight non stop. they don't eat anything during this time as they are too busy. after the mating season is over the females leave the beach and the male seals stick around.

guess what the male seals do then? the answer 99% of people will say is they eat.. but this is not true.. they don't fight again either. they actually REST/SLEEP. it is amazing how much we can learn from nature

the point of this story is after a workout you must rest/repair to grow muscle. you can't just keep pounding more and no food is not going to grow your muscle.. don't confuse water retention from carbs with muscle growing, not the same thing.. these assclowns on social media who claim they workout 3 hours a day are just that.. assclowns. and those that think they have to run and grab a 'shake' are also assclowns. filling your muscles up with glucose from dex and HFCS is not growing them, that is just fluff and slop.

the true way to grow muscle after a workout is to get in a damn good NAP and rest. my best gains of my life came when i woke up early in the morning, went and worked out and then came home and took a 2 hour nap before work. i grew like a fucking weed.
 
overtraining is a very serious thing man and ultimately, will ruin everything you are doing.. YOU MUST rest or you are never going to allow your muscles to properly grow.. rest is SO important, far more important than most understand
 
I am 17. Just cause you guys are soft doesnt mean I need to take off days. Modern America is soft and weak. My results in the next few years will make your whole lives look insignificant.

Both. They lez it up and you get to bang one after another. Watts one is watching while he tugs on his 'string'. But you wont be distracted by it :D

when i was your age i lifted 6X per week.. that is what our coach wanted us to do so i did it

as you get older you need to learn to lift SMART. what you are describing isn't soft or hard, it is STUPID

I have 3-4 herniated discs and 1 torn rotator cuff, plus 2-3 hernia's from being STUPID. powerlifting and lifting for ego in the gym got me these injuries, they didn't happen from magic. if i could go back and lift SMARTER i would but it is too late now.. now i am FORCED to lift smarter cause if i don't i might not be able to even get out of bed or sleep at night from the pain.. plus i run the risk of completely tearning my cuff where i would need to spend 12K on surgery and no lifting for 6 months.. is that "HARD" in your world?

stop with the Jalen Ramsey tough guy attitude, you are just a kid. learn the basics to weight training and stay healthy long term.. your next few years are not your peak years either. the top mr. Olympia guys are well into their 30's.. hell the guy who just won it was what 43? you don't peak at 19 or 20 lol

Funny thing is that at 17 you would be getting the same gains without using any test or tren. All you are doing is permanently damaging your HPTA. You might end up looking better at 17 than I did but I promise you will look worse by the time you are my age. Your body will fail you.

Funny thing is that at 17 you would be getting the same gains without using any test or tren. All you are doing is permanently damaging your HPTA. You might end up looking better at 17 than I did but I promise you will look worse by the time you are my age. Your body will fail you.
