Possible injury need help

I started test e 500mg/week (10 weeks)cycle....on thursday was first 250mg shot, today will be second one, but...
Seems (but i`m not sure)like my old inner elbow biceps tendon injury returned. I did gym thursday and sunday, and mma on friday, and after each training my tendons hurt a little and i have to ice them. This is really frustrating cus i`m scared to push myself 100%. On top of that i got cold like simptoms(without temperature) last night and are still on - sore throat, blocked nose, small herpes on mouth etc(but i didnt lose motivation or apetite). I will go later today or maybe tomorrow to a sports doctor, to talk about tendons. I will do another shot today, but i`m scared what to do if a doctor says no more training for week or two? If he says that, i can only workout legs(smith and extensions), abs, lower back hyper ext. and neck.

So my question is - where is the point of no return in a cycle, when can i stop(temporarily) cycle with no need for pct?

you can stop now and you won't need a pct. you would be getting into the gray area around week 3 or 4 of the cycle not to run a pct. i know a lot of people that have a hard time adjusting to the synthetic testosterone put in their bodies, people call it test flu. I got sick on cycle around wk 5 and pushed on and it went away but I swear i was sick for almost 2 wks...
 
Flu doesnt bother me, i know it will go away soon, i`m using farmaceutical legit stuff same as 6 months a go, bought it in drugstore.
 
Test will make your tendons brittle. You might try adding just 100-120mg/week of Deca or NPP. May help, may not.

You would probably need to stop just about now if you decide to do that , the cold like flu symptoms will subside its not that uncommon bro however i would take to the doctor about the herpes lip thing and if you have tendon injury i bet its due to mma and you might have to nurse it or heal it one or the other good luck bro
 
Doctor said just to take it easy, and do same routine like last time it hurt( year a go) - nice strech and warmup before workuot, and some cooling gels after. I also read that negative repetition training is very very good for tendons. Gym workout was never a problem - i start slow and light, and build up to max lifts, but mma - sudden max power explosions was what started it.

So i will continue as planned, lighter training first 2 weeks, lots of negatives and learn to use less power and more technique in mma.
Deca or else is not an option, this is planned to be first solo test cycle, but i started(again) poping lots of glucosamine&msm&chrono

p.s. i hear HGH is the right stuff to include, 3-4 iu a day? Anyone used HGH for cycle tendon control?
