Sup guys thanks for taking the time to read my concern. It appears that I may have injured my lower back because anytime I work out the pain see to keep reoccuring. I've gone to a chiropractor and he sees I need to take it easy and lay off the weights and build up my core. The only problem is I'm currently on the 2nd week of my sust/deca/dbol stack. I'm not sure if I should stick it out only working chest shoulders and little machine exercises or if I should just call it quits all together for a while. I've had this reoccuring pain since nov when I deadlifted 400(im only 180). What do you guys? I don't want to waste my gear but I also understand gear has expiration dates. Thank you!
