Possible injury, cycle advice needed plz

Sup guys thanks for taking the time to read my concern. It appears that I may have injured my lower back because anytime I work out the pain see to keep reoccuring. I've gone to a chiropractor and he sees I need to take it easy and lay off the weights and build up my core. The only problem is I'm currently on the 2nd week of my sust/deca/dbol stack. I'm not sure if I should stick it out only working chest shoulders and little machine exercises or if I should just call it quits all together for a while. I've had this reoccuring pain since nov when I deadlifted 400(im only 180). What do you guys? I don't want to waste my gear but I also understand gear has expiration dates. Thank you!

Does it hurt on all lifts or only some?

Depends on the pain I guess... I am always hurting somewhere :)
 
Lower back exercises anything squat, leg press even, deadlifts rows, etc. I'm going to get off the dbol and pray to god it goes away.
 
Warm up for a good 10 minutes do 5 minutes of stretch

then do machine work and no lifts that directly stress the area
 
Just to throw this out there. I thought my lower back was injured it turned out to be my kidneys and few yrs back,.. just to throw that out there
 
you can work aorund it..
earlier this year i strained my lower back..
use a belt..
anythign that streses your back dont do...you can still do seated work,laying etc..
just focus on other parts of your body this cycle...next cycle when your healed you can hammer your back
 
oh god i did that.. i was working my traps out with 280.. at the time i was weighing about 185. on my last rep instead of squating down with it i leaned forward and pulled my back out...

i had to see the chiropractor 3 times because i kept pulling it out.. my advise is.. take it ez and hit the juice whenever your better...

to my theres no sense in cycling if you can give it 110%
