bro you should really do cardio at least 3 times a week. seriously. at least do an incline walk for an hour or so, or an eliptical. Running doesn't always have to be the way.

cardio is the only way you can really cut. Especially at the high caloric diet you have. When your trying to cut fat it really doesn't matter what type of food you put into your body (protein/carbs/fats) it all has to do with your calorie intake. Calories in Calories out. You need to be in a caloric deficit to lose fat. Cardio extremely helps in cutting excess calories after your workout. just trying to help a nig out.
Don't get me wrong I know you said you wanted a lean bulk but the fat on you that you have will not dissapear with a clean bulk, it will still be visable, your body and muscles will just be growing under it unless you choose to cut calorie intake.

so then cutting fat isn't really an issue for you right now?
You understand that you cant grow if your cutting fat because you must be in caloric deficit to burn fat cells. And you cant grow unless you store excessive calories that you havn't used. So its either one or the other.
