M.C. Hammer Too legit to quit

Hahahhahaha too funny! I hope you are not serious.

Try

"Send the Pain Below" by Chevelle.

Excellent tune when training ... dont know whats really expected at a show, but its one of my favorite tuns right now.

Cheers,
Mavy

This is the hardest part of it, I think. It's individual......you got to look for something you are comfortable moving with. With a pace that suits your posing style.
Classical, ending in some metal might work for a big white boy with no rhythm.
If it was 2thick posing, I'd pick Handel's "Messiah".....ahhaha.
Check out Wagner's "Let Us Dance". I think that's the translation from German.

You have me pegged here.......no rhythm is my middle name !

Dude, pick music that reflects your physique. Ruhl and Yates could get by with heavy metal / rock and roll type music, but Zane would have been laughed off the posing stage. Then again, cultured music and dramatic posing that Zane was capable of would have been lost on Ruhl and Yates.

Think about how you are creating posing routine. Are you exploding into the poses? Then use something loud and fast. Are you flowing from one pose to another with an artistic flair? Then use something with a slow, steady tempo.

Rod Stewart "If you think Im sexy" I had a link of Ronni Coleman posing to this song it is so damb funny but it won't work I will keep trying.......

I really like Carmina Burana. The problem is that EVERY show at LEAST one person uses it.. so it kinda gets overused.

I've only done one show, but I used an intro clip from Godzilla the soundtrack. Sounds cheesy.. but it's very dramatic, and attention grabbing.

Well, have you thought about classical?

If that si not your cup of tea, then what about Jazz?

Okay, I may just be too disconnected from modern bodybuilding so you can always go for an instrumental version of your favorite song.
I posed to Carmina Burana but it was a tecno version off rave till dawn then I went into Creed Bullets. You do not have to restrict yourself to one song or type of music. Just don't get to slow for to long...puts the audience to sleep IMHO.
