Poppin' Pills...

Quick question about taking your D-bol...Ive heard of guys making great gains popping all of their pills 2 hours before workout....and yet others live by spreading them' out throughout the day. What do you think works best?
 
4 hour halflife. I take them every four hours (w/meal) and 1 fore bedtime.

I also save one extra before each workout as a lil boost. Chew em down!
 
you have it confused........MOST people take them spread out through the day every few hrs, INCLUDING before they work out

ie.

8 breakfast of champions

12 lunch

4 BEFORE THE GYM

8 makes a great dinner

12 late night snack?

5 or 6 wake up for work
 
spread em out, but make shore to take some right before the gym, while i never really noticed my workout intensity change, i always noticed the worst case of road rage driving home from the gym,...chased a guy through three towns once for flippin me off. lol
