Suggestions -

1. Double you meds - what the hell... maybe it will work better, maybe not

2. Don't breath with you nose ... use mouth breathing instead.. I will make the guys go wild too with you walking around with you lips parted !

3. Overdose on Pollen - Perhaps a good Pollen soup will help you body 'adjust' to the allergy.. Hell there are DNP post on this board of folks suggesting that if you have an allergic reaction to DNP, stop, clear up, redose again, to build up your immunity !

Have you tried some of those prescription sprays?

I've got severe allergies and fortunately in Arizona we're now over 100 degrees and it's not as bad. But April was awful. The doc gave me a script for Nasacor I think it's called, and I use it daily and can usually prevent bad attacks.

If all else fails try Nyquil and Claritin. That'll knock you out better than a truck!
