I had to go with the back.

I have been informed by sources that I indeed have a
wafer shaped Surfer body. :cool:

That with so many guys doing BenchPresses, that only TWO say that chest is their best bodypart......

my best body part is my chest,,i used to do alot of pushups in high school and that body part grew the most,,people always saying "wow u have a big chest"
 
My back is super wide (needs more thickness) and my legs are perfect (for my body anyway, my best bodypart... thighs and calves both= 28.5 and 17.75
 
My chest has always been freaky. It is so thick and full. My back grows so much that ppl were telling me to stop training it. My biceps, well let's just say that they really suck.:) My delts were big before my cuff injury.
 
My chest is my best body part, I cant count the times that girlseye it or touch it at the bar, but a close second is my traps. Good traps seperate bodybuilders from weight lifters
 
mine would have to be my bis ...just because they peek out pretty good...what is everyone's measurement of their bi flexin? just wonderin
 
I think I have a three way tie with Chest, back and legs... My arms are stubborn as hell though.
 
I didn't want to miss out on saying something good about my self, this question would have been easy if it was your worst bodypart as I have a heap of those, I think my back is my best by far, but I hear about my arms or legs all the time, but I think it is my back.

well,i'd have to say my whole body looks fantastic.I get a woody just lookin in the mirror and the funny thing is i'm not gay.:D
 
always been chest, i paid little attention to my back, way back when, and ive actually had bad back problems by being top heavy and a relatively weak back.
 
My shoulders are my best bodypart, but for sake of the poll, my legs are my best. For 3 months now I've only been training them every 2.5 weeks, other than the secondary work with cardio.
 
i put legs but my best part is lower leg 19.5 inches around, in fact i never do seated callf rasies any more cause my solieus muscle is to big for my gastrocs so i do mostly donkey and one leg standing raises
 
Arms are my best bodypart. I got 15 and a half inch guns :destroy: and can curl 100 for 10 reps. That may not seem like a lot to you all, but I am 15 years old.
 
yeah definately my arms and shoulders, the women LOVE my arms, i work them religiously as if my life depended on them, hehe. :rate:

Definetely my legs. Chicks dig em! :D

Just messing around shoulders and arms. I still can't figure out why shoulders were left off the poll.
 
I'm jealous of all you shoulder and back guys! I'd give anything to trade places with you just to see what it feels like. Whenever I'd be interested in someone, I'd turn around just so they could see my huge back!

Best bodyparts, in order:
1)bis 2)chest 3)tris (genetics, don't even train them that hard; or they grow from chest and shoulder work) 4)hams 5)quads (look big and thick, except lack outer sweep; look tiny from a certain angle) 6)traps (which absorbed a lot of my shoulder and back work; I never train them separately)

My back, although thick, is as wide as a marathon runner's. Same with my shoulder width.

I look much bigger from the side than straight on.
Look bigger from the front straight on than the back straight on.

Calves were always small when I would forget to train them week after week, but finally packing on a little size.

I'm not too sure as to why you care about this, but you asked!!
 
My best muscle group is my back. It is wide and thick, especially near the spinal erectors. Exercises such as chins, barbell rows, and deadlifts built my back. My second strongest bodypart is chest, which was ranked first about 4 years ago.
 
Shoulders= big
back=big
arms=big
chest=somewhat big
legs= good size -I just dont like them as much .
5'6 215 lbs and growing
 
I put arms down as my best part... but its not so much my bi-cep but my tris. They are naturally quite large with quite a bit of definition. If you had put traps and shoulders on the list I might have chosen them over my tris. I have Very broad shoulders and quite bulky traps... these are my genetically freaky body parts... my pecs and lats need massive work though.
