always been chest, i paid little attention to my back, way back when, and ive actually had bad back problems by being top heavy and a relatively weak back.
My shoulders are my best bodypart, but for sake of the poll, my legs are my best. For 3 months now I've only been training them every 2.5 weeks, other than the secondary work with cardio.
i put legs but my best part is lower leg 19.5 inches around, in fact i never do seated callf rasies any more cause my solieus muscle is to big for my gastrocs so i do mostly donkey and one leg standing raises
