Poll: What types of Cardio do you do?

running... but i hate running, so i've changed to low impact types, since i do enough "high impact" sports ie: volleyball, basketball, road hockey

biking, mountain biking, rollerblading, all great!
 
In the gym I stick to walking on an incline on the treadmill because I hate running on them. I also do sprint work two times a week along with a one mile run.
 
walking, outside for 1-2 hours a day at a brisk pace. Sure, it's not HIIT but it melts the fat off me without affecting my leg strength or injuring me so it's all good
