Does anyone do any jump training at all? I realize that it is more for an athlete that plays some sort of explosive sport, but do any of you feel that there would be a benefit to a lifter? Thoughts?
 
i dont see why it would hurt
maybe even help with explosiveness

there is a former member who was pretty big on plyos, he was a strongman competitor though
 
Yeah it will help with leg power and also any physical activity ever that involves acceleration... running, basketball, martial arts... shoot even racketball
