plyo and gear?

has any one incorporated plyometrics into their work out, or cardio? the reason i ask is because on my off days i play rugby, or better yet, i play rugby and in my off days i lift. the majority of my rugby practices are plyo workouts. since i believe those are explosive movements, i can only imagine the results one could get when cycling the right sups and gear. i guess my goals are for fitness and not so much body building. i lift hard and i play hard, so i know that i have the intesity to grow. ive never left the game or gym thinking that i could have done more. im still about 6 months away from even thinking about starting my cycle. i want to build an awsome base to start from befor i attempt to cross over to the dark side. to make a short story longer thankss for all the great input that i get from the guys in here!!!

I play Baseball and have already incorporated Plyo's into my workout..I'm taking Anavar at 30mg/day...Mainly a Strength and Speed compound. I'm only in the first week, but I anticipate dropping my 40 by a tenth or two, and hoping to see increased bat speed and quickness in the infield...

sounds good, i didnt know anavar would help increase speed. i learn something new every time i join in on the boards.

What position do you play bro? I play rugby union here in wales, home of the oval ball, im an open side flanker.
 
I played college football and I used to do plyo's every day. I found with winstrol @ 50mgs a day I was jumping out of my shoes. At 6'4 310 lbs i was jumping 34 inches. I think it works really well....

hey boston strangler 34" vert is a good jump!!! id like to just get 25, lol. how easy was it for you to dunk the ball after that?
