okay, got mine on sat with the alcar, how do i combine the two for the nootropic effect?
say, i take 2 grams of the alcar, do i split the 2grams, four ways so its 500mgsX4, or do i take 1 gram twice a day?

and how do i measure the alcar?

dosage should be split into 2-3 doses (preferably on empty stomach- so upon waking is a good one)

dosages- total per day ranges any where from 2-10g (there is a wide range)

I've read over 100,000 pages of Alcar research.
Its the best hands down.

hmmm. 100,000 pages. at a minute per page (pretty quick for research, i think) that would be about 1,667 hours of reading. if you read 24 hours a day it would take you 69.44 days to finish this research (over 2 months). if you ratcheted it down to a mere 8 hours of reading every day on the same subject, Alcar research, it would then take you 208 days to finish. but i think it's more realistic to say that someone could average 3 hours of reading a day on the same subject, Alcar research, in which case it would take them almost 556 days, or just over a year and a half, to finish 100,000 pages. again, that's reading for 3 hours a day, every day on the same subject, Alcar research.

Because i really dislike exagerrations.
If a product is good....I'll back it up. But I'm getting a bit tired of embellishments.

too much free time and excessive interest in mathematics

however since most research papers are about 20-30% or more citations and have graphs and such.... plus giving for a slight rounding upwards (whats 20-30k pages anyways)..
