SmegmaSoldier,
First of all, are you a mod? Cause you just amended your post and I almost missed you comment. I'm just curious cause if we can edit posts I'd like to know how :)

There is a movement in christian thought called Open theism that addresses the fact that some thinkers believe that God doesn't know all of the future, just what he plans in his devine will. This has some solid rebuttals but just wanted to mention that as a 'did you know'.

The free will and devine guidance idea is easily explained. First you must understand that Free will doesn't mean he doesn't control. Please see the attached diagram. We are like b). We operate within his divine guidance. Much like a shipcaptain can traverse on the deck of his ship but the ship is still going to a predetermined destination. In essence we don't have complete free will. Not when we consider an atemporal being.

I am sorry I am venting but I am getting tired of these whiney ass liberal minority ruining our country because of their moraless, dumbass pee on brains that think we came from monkeys.

Very true...They are slowly destroying everything the US was built on in the last 200 years...

well, lets sum up the discussion here. We are talking about a God that has agreed upon attributes namely:
Omnipotence
atemporalness (outside the boundary of time)
Divinity
Love
Just

all of which are metaphysical attributes. Based on those characteristics we can then formulate arguments. But we also can eliminate certain mandates for proof like physical evidence. Since he is atemporal. Transdimensional if you will.
So what do we have left for measurement? We'll go from there...

walk outside and look around man.

look at the insides of the human body--the intracacies of how it all works together.

look at the concept of child conception and birth and growth.

History is a process that involves destruction and creation. Are you sad that monarchies were destroyed and replaced with more democratic systems?

Also, are you sad that woman can now hold positions of power?

That pudding isn't very convincing to me.

Why would it support monotheism over many many other possibilities?

look at the computer, automobile, airplanes, space shuttles, satellites, nuclear weapons and all the intricacies of how they all work. we made those. are we gods?

thank you --- you prove my point nicely.

all of those things that you desribed show order and design and surely, as we well know- did not just come about from some chaotic boom or what not.

On the same note, we were designed and our world was designed by a creator---God, and one day everyone who visits this board, and everyone in the whole world will come to a sudden acknowledgement of God's presense--many will not know until that day---because they refuse to believe.

Again this is a faint comparison.
Computers don't fix themselves. Automobiles do not have a form of intelligence. Airplanes cannot fly themselves. You're forgetting certain dimensions of inanimate and animate things.
A newborn baby far surpasses the intricacies of a microchip...
