You could combine all 3 yes,,,however WINSTROL inject is water based and doesnt mix well with oils.

Drinking winny is the same as taking it orally right? Since it gets breaken down by the liver? Would it hurt to inject EOD and drink it on the days in between so you dont have to inject so much?

You get better results from injecting winny. Yes I suppose you could inject one day then drink it the next because injecting winny if you ever have gets old and painful really quick.
