Please suggest a 4 week bulk blitz cycle.

Here are my current stats.
I have just come off a 14 week diet cycle. I have competed for the last 3 weekend with one more show to go.
My contest weight has been 170# at 4%bf I'm 5'7".
I want to clean up my system for 6 weeks. No gear. Then July 1st I want to start a 4 week bulk up blitz cycle to try to get 2 or 3 additional pounds. August 1st I must start to diet for mid September shows. This will give me only 6 weeks for the first show. I think I will be ok because my body fat should still be around 8% at that point.
My question is for all that have true knowledge of what fast acting gear will help me make this small yet positive gain. Tell me if you think I'm way off here with wanting to gain 2 or 3 pounds in 4 weeks. We all know water is not a solid gain. I'm talking hard earned muscle.

Please help if you can.

Thanks Ultra. What kind of gain do you think is possible
with a 3000 plus clean diet and heavy training?

Anyone else have any thoughts on this thread?
 
4 weeks is a little short. You could try this
Fina at 75mg/Day for weeks 4-5
Winny at 50mg/Day for weeks 4-5
Prop at 100mg/Eod for weeks 4-5
Clomid 3 days after your last shot. Make sure you have your liver protectors, Drink plenty of water and have some Cranberry Extract. Just a thought. Best of luck bro!

I'd do that, but I would also through in some drol for first 3 weeks. You will like the difference.
 
You did say BULK BLITZ, Right? I am no competitor, and I may be way off, but I would hit a gram of sust on day one, use some enanthate in weeks 1 and 2 and use prop in weeks 3 and 4. Also, some Abombs or Dbol for the first two weeks. A diuretic will take care of the bloat. Of course, if all you want is 2 or 3 pounds, my suggestion is way too much....

I like your suggestion yet it might look a bit extreme.
When I say I want 2 or 3 real pounds of muscle it is because I don't think you can do much better then that. I'm competiting at 170# now I have room for 5 or 6 real pounds of muscle and still stay as a middle weight.
