Someone already suggested you try HST in another thread. It fits your goals, and you don't have to think about anything. Your reps and sets are mapped out for you.
I don't know, PICK SOMETHING AND DO IT. Otherwise you are just going to be aimlessly wandering around the gym doing different crap every week and wondering to yourself why you aren't making any progress.
