PLEASE READ! Bro got busted for roids and lost job. Needs advice.

Here is the deal. A buddy of mine that works in a hospital was called down to security and told that they got a tip that he was using AAS. He was then taken for a drug test where they drew blood and made him piss in a cup. This was about two weeks ago. Well, today the test came back and was positive for deca and was fired on the spot. His last cycle was over 6 months ago, and still had the nandrolone esters in his system, so everyone beware. Anyway, he told them that he was taking a pro-hormone and explained to them what it was. They didnt really believe him and escorted him out the door. Tomorrow he is going to talk with an attorney, and try to get this resolved. Do any of you think this pro-hormone story will work? Any other advice for him? This is a really good bro, and was turned in by some punk ass geek that wants his girlfriend. This guy has know idea what he has done, because if my buddy cant get this resolved the hospital will turn him in to his liscencing agency, and he could not only not get his job back, but it may end his carreer as a nurse as well. Please, give this guy some advice.

He could claim that he is a drug addict and addicted to AAS. I believe that certain laws state that it is illegal to fire someone on the basis of drug use if the person is an addict. He can only be fired on the basis of poor performance. He may want to check this out.

hey man don't take my opinion as a fact but .... I have heard of people who got away with testing positive for deca.. in the NCAA. Just say its nor-4-andro. It's a precursor to deca and is converted to nandrolene in the body.

BUT the I also think that the NCAA is different then this. Point is.. he tested positive. End of story. It was a chemical in his body and theres not much you can do about that.

I dont think there is a way to determine between pro-hormone or a real AAS. With this in mind, I would think that the hospital would be at a huge risk for a lawsuit, wouldnt you guys? The little fucker that turned him in is now living on borrowed time. This is one big mofo that he is dealing with, and is also a few beers shy of a six pack if you know what I mean.

Man this is total bullshit. What if i went to Europe or Mexico for the weekend and shot up with some deca? Did i break any US laws? NO. So if i did not break any laws what am i getting fired for. Total stupidity. Total.

He could say a doctor in Mexico perscribed it for him for his sore sholder joints and the medicine was administered in Mexico, thus not violating any laws. It only illegal to take anabolics without perscription in the US, so since he did not take it in the US he should get off scott free.

Just got off the phone with him and he is pretty distraught. He has an appointment with his attorney in the morning, and has already bought a bottle of andro to take with him. I sure hope this works out for him, I hate to see a good bro suffer.
