DO NOT except any files from AIM, ICQ or programs like these or a macros enabled email addy - that are not absolutely postive of as to safety.

And for love of... If don't already have a firewall - get one.


Oh one more thing - if your eliftefitness mail password is the same as your log in discussion board password, change it.

Actually better safe than sorry - change both.

Please just trust me on this.
