Your current daily diet.....only if you want to...I'm trying to figure out where I'm missing the boat and would love to get some ideas from you bros, to see what you eat on a given day....need to ramp up the calories, but not sure which meal to alter.......if you would post your stats and goals too, it would be mucho appreciated......I'll hit ya with the k bug...... :mix:

If that's the case, then posting your own diet routine might be conducive for the purpose of revising/enhancing it. Also, in what manner does your diet not satisfy you - ie what do you think is wrong with it, what makes you think it's inefficient?

oatmeal
protein shake-made with 2 cups milk


meal2
4 whole eggs
2 egg whites
1 whole wheat bagel

meal3
Tuna on whole wheat wrap

meal4
Chicken breast/w veggies

meal5 Turkey on whole wheat wrap

meal6 post workout
Shake-made w/2cups milk
w2tbsp flax

Meal7 can of tuna on whole wheat wrap

roughly just under 2500cals with roughly 250pro,230carb and 80 fat

Im somewhere around 190 I figure,havent weighed in since being sick,goals to hit 210 before I start the precontest diet

good stuff bro...thnx...so you like the whole wheat thing eh? Better than oats, yams?
 
its just easier to get in,I get alot of free whole wheat buns from my dads work,and wraps give me a way to spice up the way I eat protein
 
not todays menu 'cause I'm sick, but this has been my usual menu the last couple of weeks

Trying to increase LBM and strength

Meal 1
5 wholes eggs
1 1/2 cups of oatbran
25g whey

Meal 2
2 cups brown rice
8oz chicken breast

Meal 3
2 cups brown rice
8oz chicken breast
1 cup broc

Meal 4
1 1/2 cups oatbran
50g whey
2 tbs flax seed meal

Meal 5
if workout day, then this is usaully PW
recovery drink
70g maltodextrim
50g whey
if not workout day
8oz Chiken breast or ground beef or ground turkey
1 cup broc

Meal 6
about 30 mins before bedtime
4oz chicken breast or ground beef or ground turkey
couple of handfulls of peanuts or yogurt cheese over the above
or
cottage cheese
