hey bros

we all know that bridging is the pussys way out to keeping gains but lets actualls discuss bridges

bridge 1 200mgs primo a wk

bridge 2 10mg dbol in AM

what would bethe most effective bridge i would think primo because its in your system 24/7 and during sleep where as dbol is only active 8 hrs, lets discuss results and which is more effective?

Hehehe... In all seriousness d-bol is better is the better choice to brindge when taking it just in the morning at one dose. See the reasons being is that although it is more anabolic and androgenic than primobolan(which would make people think it's worse during off time because it's stronger) it only stays in the system for about 9 hours. HPTA will be able to recover since leutinizing hormone is prodcued while we sleep. When taking primo even though it is light it does stay in the system 24/7 thus preventing the body from normalizing completely. Well im sure in others who have used an aggressive clomid/hcg/clen/and others post cycle along with primo and have recovered but im sure it isn't the majority and all this depends on the individual as each person reacts differently to the drugs.

why say that bridging is a pussy way to keep gains if ity helps you keep gains your gains then go for it

Well I'll give you my opinion......I was going to bridge with 200 primo and then switched my mind to anavar....after reallly thinking about I went off completely and am now on clomid.....I decided not to bridge and just let my body clean out for a few months and will start fresh in Jan.....I can keep my gains with clomid and really feel it's necessary to go completely off, give your body a break....I do it just for fun and unless you're a serious competitor it's not worth being on for such a long time.....
