I want to do this 3x a week, full body and please nothing too much. i have limited time, and i also hate being in the gym for more than 1hr 15mins ( if possible). i want it to be short but effective, and include alot of explosive movements for MMA. if you guys can help me out, id really appreciate it. thanks alot!

Wow, the Sarge pointed you in the direction of some great programs and you comeback and say . Pretty lame in my opinion.

Agreed, this forum gets bombarded with questions from beginers daily. We all do our best to answer the best we can. I would say there is a lot of patience here for ignorance, it is a given when helping novices. But what continues to irk me is the total complete laziness to do any research.

yarg , did you not see the training sticky? you asked for advice on the very type of training that is advocated around here!

Aye, we got this attitude from AAS forum: 'Do the research first'.

fuck off newb, actually, i was talking to proto. i tried to give sarge karma, but i have to spread before giving it to him again.

and ofcourse i know about that damn sticky, ive been here since 2003. i just thought i would get a non in the box answer. evidentially i was wrong, i will create my own routine based on the information ive gathered from being here for the last ..3 years.

thanks anyways kiddies.

The very fact that you ask such a question shows (1) you know very little (i.e., don't understand materials in the sticky), and (2) are too lazy to research and, thus, too lazy to follow any stupid plan someone throws together for you.

If you need a new and exciting routine to get you motivated, go to T-nation and read the crap they put out each week. Or go to BB.com where tons of morons will create a ruotin3 jus 4 U!!!!

you may have been here since 2003 but cynical recently revised the vault and cleaned it up. as for calling people "newb" or kiddie thats ridiculous. if you actually participated in this forum instead of asking for an excercise list like everyone else that doesnt have a clue, you would get some quality responses... maybe you should ask the braintrust that is c&c for your training advice.

oh yes youve totally figured me out from 2 posts. you should go to university and get your psyche degree , you e -freud you. or heres a thought for you: since ive been here since 2003, i may have tried a few of those things in the sticky. my first ever work out plan (which i followed for 4 months before deciding it wasnt for me) was 5x5. afterwards i tried HST for about 6 months or so before my rotator cuff tore on me so i layed off the weights for a good year or so, i tried alot of powerlifting programs after that to get my strength back. now im doing other activities that it would be a waste of my gym time and detrimental for me if i went in and deadlifted for 3 reps each at 95 percent of my max grunting like a troll. ofcourse these are just a few of the routines that ive done in my life, and so far HST is my favorite. i think i will go back to that. apparently its not like what it used to be when someone asked for a routine, really knowledgable guys were here to give advice and the discussion got going. but thats fine, change is inevitable... so that said, i will go back to HST, and i wish all of you luck with your squat rack barbell curls. toodles.
