ive been trying to get back into shape...I have been doing heavy circuit training and dieting...my problem is im also trying to do some hiit cardio...about the second or third sprint the front of my lrg next to my shin pumps up so bad and the bottom of my feet feel like someone took a hammer to them...I cant fight through it..it get so inttense i cant bend my ankles....but after 5 min of sitting down it goes away...ive been stretching and taking taurine,potasium ,and bought 2 different pairs of shoes..even tried taking an inflammatory an hour before i ran with no luck...any suggestions will be much appreciated...thanks
