Ok anyway, my new programme is to get the muscle fatigued or something.
So i always do 20 reps when i start then 10 straight after. the first 20 are about half the weight of the last 10. Sound normal so far??
anyway the problem is, that almost everytime i complete this programme, i suffer minor pain the next day. It hurts a bit when i lift my arm or stretch my legs. But the day after it is usually okay. I'm 16 years old. Is this ok?? or shouldnt i be feeling this pain
