The most basic beginner cycle is test only. 300 mg week of test e will do the trick. No need for anything crazy right off the bat. Run it 12 weeks and see how you do with it.

For goodness' sake, you have SO much natural Testosterone in your body you don't need to cycle. Get your diet in check. Get your training routine in check. Eat loads. Train loads. Rest loads. Honestly, though, roam around in the diets and training sections, lurk, post, ask and most importantly LEARN.I am 19 years old. 6'0, 230lbs, idk my bf%. Maybe at 18% been bulking. Been lifting for 4 years now. I want to lose the fat and gain some lean muscle. I also play football and heard the winstrol does exactly what I want and I'll gain speed? More advice please.
