I'm looking to take a beginners cycle for some lean mass. A lot of people give me different opinions and information, and i just dont know where to start. Please someone help me out :/.
 
The most basic beginner cycle is test only. 300 mg week of test e will do the trick. No need for anything crazy right off the bat. Run it 12 weeks and see how you do with it.

Start by doing some research on nutrition, work out plans and then research first cycles including test and dbol. I have gifted you a platinum membership to make your research easier for you. Also before posting for advice with 1 post, it would be helpful if we knew your stats: weight, height, how long you have been training, diet and how old you are. Best of luck, and keep studying. I am 19 years old. 6'0, 230lbs, idk my bf%. Maybe at 18% been bulking. Been lifting for 4 years now. I want to lose the fat and gain some lean muscle. I also play football and heard the winstrol does exactly what I want and I'll gain speed? More advice please.

Do I divide the 300mg per day? And what pct is best for this , clomid or nolvadex?

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaand THIS is why we need to ensure we get stats prior to any advice being given. Buffy, my man, you are 19! For goodness' sake, you have SO much natural Testosterone in your body you don't need to cycle. Get your diet in check. Get your training routine in check. Eat loads. Train loads. Rest loads. You'll grow. BTW ... forum rules ... go read them. No steroid advice given to under 21's. Sorry Bro, but rules are rules. Honestly, though, roam around in the diets and training sections, lurk, post, ask and most importantly LEARN. :biggrin:

Many football players my age are juicing. And I want to be ahead of the competition. Is there anything I can take. Please!
Please beleive me I train as hard as possible and eat good. Sometimes to good! Lol.
I just need something to push me to that next level so I can play with the big boys.
 
Forget about juice untill you are older, dont short- change your natural ability to make huge gains right now through training and diet alone.

run some creatine for 8 weeks.
 
Yeah mate, definatly abit young, not to mention the things it'll do to your heart! I'm 23 and my blood pressure was so high I could have had a stroke or heart attack any minute,the doctors said I had hypertension (high blood pressure ) and it normally only effects people in there late 30s to early 40s
So obviously i have stopped useing to let it all go back to normal,but deginay have a think about it,,do you really want a 50year old heart and a 20year old body?
