I am 20, 6'0, 229, 20% BF. I have lost a decent amount of weight doing what I'm doing now. But i need to make sure I'm not doing anything wrong. Plus my diet contains me drinking a shit load of water, I constantly drink water during the day, about 6-8 pints.

my schedule:

morning run: (about 1 mile)
4 egg whites, one whole egg
1 tablespoon of flax oil
5 grams of L-glutimine
vitamins (citrum silver)

lift for about 2 hours with ab workout: (plus half mile run to get started at the gym i.e. get my heart rate up)
1 packet myoplex protein shake
2 cans of tuna with a little barbeque sauce
1 tablespoon of flax oil
5 grams of L-glutimine

< nitro-tech protein bar>

chicken or fish normally 2 strips of the lean chicken
1 can of choice of veggies
1 tablespoon of flax oil

5 more grams of L-glutimine before i go to bed.

I need some reasurence that what i am doing is correct so i don't get into any trouble with a lack in my diet. I lift 5-6 days a week and i run everyday.. I getting pretty crazy about my diet.

please give me any advise that anyone has that might be able to help me out.

What is your totals per meal/day by macronutrients and calories? It looks like four meals per day and I'd recommend at least five.

I consider lifting more than 4x per week to be overtraining. 2 hrs per session sounds rather long as well. Have you posted your lifting split on the training board for advice?

There's nothing wrong with doing cardio 6x per week.

Advice (opinionated)

Hey,
Hows it going, keep up the hard work. First off one mile isnt going to do shit for anyone. Way too short, so even if you have to walk, do a morning cardio session on an empty stomach for at least 25-30 mins. Your meal #2 has too much protein in it. Instead split that meal up and make more meal counsumptions per day. Try to eat like 5 or 6 instead of four. I dont know, if you ask me, flax seed oil doesnt do that much, but Im not a scientist. Good luck with your training.
