I will be starting a cycle Feb 14th will be till may. Here is a little background info I am 6'3 210lbs, I am in college and I do play football so u do have to keep this in mind I can't use AAS because they do test us alot. I am going to post all supps. I will be using and my "Football" workout this workout is not optional I have to do it so here it goes;
CYCLE:
Igf1 receptor grade 40mcg ED-week 1-4, 7-11
Kynoselen 1cc ED-week 1-4, 7-11
Insulin 7 IU A.M. and Post Workout- week 1-4, 7-11
Will be clean weeks 5-7
Supps.
Creatine -15g ED
Gultamine -20g ED
Vit C (For Cortisol reduction)- 3g ED
Remeron (So I can eat alot, plus Cortisol reduction)-EN
Animal Stak (For Vits and minerals)-ED
Flax oil (For ALA)
Diet;
Dont Feel like typing it but ut will consist of about 5,000 cals and 300g protein everyday.
Workout;
I know it looks crazy but I have to do it and really it's not all that hard;
Monday:
Run and Plyometrics
Tuesday:
Power Cleans- 2x3
Incline Bench- 2x5
Bench- 2x5
Squats- 3x4
Good Mornings- 3x10
Wendsday:
Snatch Full Pull- 2x3
Hang Snatch- 2x3
Deadlift- 4x8
Behind Head Military- 3x8
Laterals- 2x10
Lunges- 4x5
21's- 3 sets
Thursday:
Run and Plyometrics
Friday:
Hang Clean- 2x4
Front Squat- 3x5
Leg Curls- 3x5
Bent-over Rows- 3x10
Back Extentions- 3x10
Shrugs- 2x10

Hammer Curls- 2x8
Saturday:
Incline Bench- 3x6
Decline Bench- 3x6
Peck Deck- 3x8
Skulls- 3x8

Please let me know what u guys think about this what can I do to make it better?? Like I said I am in college and have spring practice so that is where the workout is from, and also I did do 2 cycles a couple of years ago with insulin when I was 18 (I know it was stupid) but that is over so i do know how to use it.
