Please help with a new routine....

I want to change my routine.

I have been doing a typical split of:

Day 1: Back/Bis/Post Delts

Day 2: Cardio

Day 3: Chest/Tris/Ant+Lat Delts

Day 4: Cardio

Day 5: Legs

Day 6: Cardio

Day 7: Off


Now, some days I go to the gym an extra time in the AM and do cardio. Sometimes I will start over again on Day 6 instead. Also legs are no big deal to me, I don't work them hard because they are naturally large. I do no cardio during bulking.

I am thinking I would like to take one day just to do Bis+Tris+Delts but I am not sure how to do this because compounds for chest and back work these muscles as well.

Any tips on a new routine/split would be appreciated. I am starting cutting right now.

I would suggest you do a body part each day. Like monday do chest, tuesday back, wed legs, thurs shoulders, friday arms. And through in cardio wherever you want. It works greayt for me. I use to work more than one bodypart a day and once i changed to this I loved it and got great gains. Just remember that working out should always be fun and always take it as a new adventure.
 
OK thanks... BUT on with that routine, you are working delts on thursday when you already worked them partially on monday (ant+lat) and tuesday (post) then on friday same thing for bis and tris (tuesday and monday) respectively.
 
monday.............chest, cardio, abs

tuesday.............legs

wednesday........back, traps,cardio,abs

thursday.............shoulders, cardio,abs

friday...................bi's, tri's, forearms(a must), cardio

saturday..............target your weakest bodypart for a few sets, cardio, abs.

sunday.....off
