Please help the newbie re winstrol and post cycle

I have been on a course for 12 weeks.
First 2 weeks i took only 25mg B Bol (pink pentagon shape) and took them till i finished 180 tabs at 5 a day.

After the two weeks i have been taking halve a 2ml vial of Deca-Durabolin - nandrolone decanoate - and one full vial of Testaviron on a tuesday and a saturday of each week.

I was going to start a HCG - human chorionic gonadotropin - cycle with clomid now and come off but i cant get hold of HCG for a few more weeks

I have been advised to take winstrol shot every second day (apparently comes in box of three vials) for 6 weeks with a vial of sust250 once a week for the duration of the course.

I am just a little worried about my nuts and im not sure if this is okay? what should i do? Is it okay to do this course then hit clomid and HCG for post cycle?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!!!!

first off, you're going to get bombed for asking for a source and probably banned...secondly you need to NOT do steroids because you obviously know nothing about them and need to do a lot more research before ever sticking yourself again...that's the only advice i'm going to give and probably the same from everyone else!!!

and to further exclamate my point, it's not called bbol its called Dbol...I sincerely hope they are 10mg tabs otherwise you probably look like a damn blowfish and if they are stronger than 10mg tabs, you took way TOO many...

The tablets were 5mg, the generic for Dianabol. I was told taking 5 of them was a relatively low dosage. My whole course was done on a fairly low dosage to the best of my knowledge and research.

Age 25
Height 5 foot 10
Training experience: Been training for 2 years but on and off since I was about 17.
I was weighing 72kg's lean and strong, i am now 86kg's.
Previous cycle experience: Some wanker gave me 80 Dianabol tablets when i was 18 an knew even less than i do now.

I was eating around 1.3 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight and kept my carbs to protein in a 60%carbs to 40% protein ratio throughout with 7 meals a day excluding shakes. 80% of my carbs came from uncoocked oats, the rest from pasta.

I am thinking about going on 2 vials of sustanon a week or should i stick to one?
I am getting lots of conflicting information on the best ratio of lean carbs to protein for the cutting cycle. Pretty much my only source of protein has been form tuna and chicken breast and about 350 gram's of cooked lean beef mince per day. Whey Protein shake supplement after training with 42g glucose (during and after) and 5g leicine and 5g BCAA (after) workout.

From what i have read i should cut out the beef and stick to leaner tuna and chicken?
I have also been taking a tablespoon of flax oil twice daily and not sure whether to continue this or not?

nah mate, i think that was fair enough!
if your'e currently on a test/deca/dbol cycle, i would just let it run out smoothly, dont add anything else, wait for your hcg and your all good. do you take anything kind of a.i on cycle, unless you know that you are not prone to gyno i would have thought this cycle would warrant a bit of arimidex.
get this cycle sorted and you will love the gains, come off, recover fully, then worry about the sustanon/winstrol cycle.
your diet looks ok, but you might wnat to instead of do 60%crabs and 40% protein, swap those round so your doing 60% protein 40%carbs. soem people will say you dont need this much, but im an advocater of eating a hell of a lot of protein. i shoot for 2g per lb of bodyweight. also, if your getting your bulk on, keep the beef!

I can kind of see where you are coming from...however.

You clearly dont know what you are doing. You need at least 2 - 2.g g protein per day per pound.

12 weekks on cycle = 12 weeks off at least before a new cycle.

Never start cycle without PCT material - if your worried about your nuts... you should be.

Run hcg fro week 3 till start of pct - 2x 250iu every week with a slin pin - do not mix with the sus.

Research the diet - there are a variety of different methods, only experimenting will find the rigfht one for you. EF is the best site around for around but no one will wanna help you if you have not tried to help yourself with research. If people seem patronizing its because you are making comments which seem to indicate your not ready. Just my opinion

From your stats - you are nowhere near your natural potential and therefore food will do more that aas right now. But what the hell, its a free country.

Post your current diet and people may chime in with suggestions
