Please help me with my rep ranges

guys please critique my routine and tell me if it looks complete, i grabbed it from bbing.com also the rep ranges... can i do 3x10 for all exercises or what ? please school me





Legs-monday

squats
leg press
sldl's
calf raises

push-wednesday

flat bench
incline bench
dips
military press
side laterals
skulls/CG bench

pull-friday

bb row
chins
rack-pulls
shrugs
EZ curls
 
If strength and overall awesomeness is the goal...

On leg day I'd go low to moderate reps on the squats leading up to a few working sets followed by higher reps on the assistance lifts including the SLDL's.

I would try a 3x5 or something on the bench press (given the amt. of exercises you want to take on). Heavy low rep weighted dips, moderate rep incline presses and higher reps for the shoulder accessories. I'm assuming OHP isn't a priority right now since you have it after your bench presses on the same day?

I'd strongly consider replacing rack pulls with deads from the floor...and heavy pulling followed by shrugs is a little redundant. BB rows as heavy as you're going on the bench press ideally, and chins in the 8-10 rep range. EZ curls...do whatever.
