I'm 33 5'11 and 267LB. 3 years ago I was 320lbs. I worked out twice A day eate right and got down to my present weight 267. Now it's has been hard to drop anymore weight, it's like i'm stuck. What do i need to do? I'd like to get down to 220-230 range and look like a super hero.

go to isterioid.com and click on the articles forum and it has tons of useful info on diet in there

SuperD,
Whats your diet look like?
How much cardio are you doing?

If your progress is stalled out, most likely time for a change in diet and maybe new training routine just to keep it interesting.

Can you post up your current training schedule & exactly what you eat --- e.g.

Meal 1 - 8 am
3 egg whites
4 oz grilled chicken
1/2 c oatmeal

Meal 2 - 11 am
2 scoops Optimum Nutrition whey protein

Meal 3 -etc

Also if you use a food counts program like www.fitday.com (its a free online nutrition counter) and put your day's meal plan into it, then you can also post up total calories and macronutrient split ( % protein, % fat, % carb) - this is very useful to help make sure you are eating not just the right amount of calories but putting those calories in the right places for best progress.

Same exact current weight, height, and starting weight as me... except you're 10 years older. CKD or straight low carb for a while if you're not already, you'll see a significant drop.

Oh, and gaining muscle mass while on a calorie restricted diet is fairly difficult. CKD is much better at this than anything else, just keep the protien levels up to a pretty good point. If you have plans to do any gear, wait. If you do use anything, monitor your blood pressure but I would only use tools such as Clen or E/C/A... no AAS.

Good luck.

It took me only 3 months to get where I'm at, I'm actually up in weight right now due to extreme water retention. I was 259 earlier this week.
