Please Help Me Does This Make Sense?

Hey Everyone,

I am having a very hard time figuring out how many calories to eat whie bulking on gear: 10 week cycle of sustanon and durabolin. Can someone check my math here please?

Stats:
Age: 22
HT: 5'4''
WT: 120lbs

BMR = 66 + (13.7 X weight in kilos) + (5 X height in cm) - (6.8 X age in years)
BMR = 66+ (13.7 X 54) + (5 X162) – (6.8 X 22)
BMR = 66 + (740) + (810) – (150)
BMR = 1466
BMR X 1.55 (Moderate Activity Level) Is this the right activity level to use for working out for 1 hr a day 4 days a week?

1466 X 1.55 = 2272 Maintence Level?

So if I want to bulk and expect to gain 1.5lbs per week that is
1.5 X 3500= 5200 calories extra a week

5200/7days = 750 extra calories each day

2272+750= 3022 calories a day when bulkingNow, are these equations and calculations correct?
Is trying to gain 1.5lbs per week of muscle too ambitious?

dude my wife is 5'4 very petite and weighs 115. You weigh 5 pounds more than my wife. Go eat and lift heavy. You will make great gains w/o gear. eat 3500+ cals a day natty and you will grow. Please do not use steriods. they are not magic bro. You would just be wasting them. At your height, you should be closer to 150 lbs before using aas.

Still too young to juice in my opinion... but if you do go on cycle, then you need to eat like a maniac... try and put on as much size as possible... Counting calories is almost pointless while trying to bulk... Id would set a floor of 3000 Calories minimum and shoot for 4000-5000 calories per day. You cant grow if you don't eat... so id work on making sure you have your diet in check and are getting enough calories to grow before you hop on any cycle.

You too young and inexperienced to do steroids period!
Although I appreciate someone who does research, it is wise to focus on growing natually for a while till you about 25 then take the plunge

Don't you think I will blow up and put on a lot of fat eating 5000 calories a day?

I appreciate everyone's advice as well about waiting to juice, I am quite aware that I am not an ideal candidate for steroids, I know I can do it naturally, but unfortunately I am going to go ahead and decide to go through with my cycle. I know it may not be wise but I think I still can gain a lot by using, maybe have more to lose but I am not going to wait 4 years to put on 20lbs of mass.

No. Not if you eat clean, do cardio, and train your ass off. I've eaten over 5000 cals a day and never got over 12% BF. You and I are ectomorphs, so we burn energy at an increased rate.

Do gear where you're at now and you'll blow up with a lot of water weight, and you'll likely lose most of it and your natural hormones will be supressed. But it won't solidify. Your body can't accept such a huge amount of muscle in a short time period.

Your ligaments and tendons aren't ready for such an increased strain. The weights you'll be losing will go up too quickly for them to handle (if you eat and train right) and then something is gonna snap.

I havent grown a half an inch in 6 years, I know it is possible that I could still be growing but I havent grown at all since I was 16

give it 2 more years, till then lift hard 3 times a week, eating like you mean it. Olive oil, red meat, whole milk, eggs, oatmeal are your friends.

How long have you been training? Do you eat? Do you have some sort of muscle wasting disease? You need to invest some solid years pounding food and throwing around slag iron before you even think about turning to gear. I am not trying to bash you but it is the truth and all these bros are speaking from experience. This is like putting fix-a-flat in a donut tire. It might get you rollin, but it's still a donut tire.
