Please help me decide what to do about Dunk.

O man this is great I mean GENIOUS seeing as my post is probly going to be just breezed over I am not going to be putting alot of time into this so it will short and to the point.

Great job on the marketing latley George having all this drama going on is deff helping your bandwith, the mods getting booted Dunk and toher being temp-banned and banned GREAT way of getting back the onterest in the tha board. Before all this happened board was a little slow some shit goes down now look at all the traffic, great Fn great

Seeing how this is a business and the more drama the betta you are going to let him back with a tight leash, it is all about the benjamins and just make him pay double even tho he has paid for plat make him ppay monthly, you know he wants to be come back so use the leverage.

For the record George u da man and not in the gay way keep up the good work, and Dunk IF you come back you will always be known as the "poster who got pwned and and than had his boys creat Black Monday"

I don't think dunk did anything that warrented banning. Pull the lad aside and tell him if he does it again he's out for good. He's been made an example of already. There has been worse that has gone down on C&C. I understand Georges reasons due to his business and pushing off potential customers.. but for the most part Dunk was an asset to the boards. I enjoyed his posts.

...my bad for not paying closer attention to what actually happened. :D If he didn't do anything against the rules that would waranted a ban, then Friskzulie's got a point.

Either way, his karma should not be awarded to someone else, or taken away. That just doesn't feel right.
 
dunk is cool, but I understand what the man is saying....messing with his livelihood is weak...If he would have pm`d you and handled this straight up...I think everything would be cool...You have to do something I understand that, but it will set a precedent on the rest of us....do the right thing....whatever it is.....banning, refund or kicked the fuck out...its on you....

Seriously speaking, I think you should do a last exemption with dunk, and make a new sticky repeating that no more exemptions will be done and platinum memberships are NOT refundable by any circunstance. Also he should be warned to not start something like this again in the future.

And SoreArms, I heard he is running with his fellas on the streets of LA with mexican flags so he should be banned.

i wouldnt give any prorated refund back. if the guy is so unhappy about this giegh place let him leave on his own accord. but no refund.

you should let him come back because it's censorship plain and simple.

You should be able to come here and say anything you want, not worry about saying the "wrong" thing and get banned(ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A PAYING MEMBER).

Banning someone that says something you dont like, makes you look petty.

If I go into macy's and start screaming "THIS STORE SUCKS. EVERYTHING IS CHEAPER ACROSS THE STREET. DON'T SHOP HERE." do they have the right to kick me out?

of course. its their store and it doesn't matter how much I've spent there in the past. there are exceptions to "freedom of speech" and "censorship".

No. I was talking about you and your stupid comment about purchasing something before he left. The admin is a very smart person.
 
We all have our issues with EF sometimes but lets not forget EF is a business and losing its reputation over some nasty comments will not make the owner happy as we have noticed.

There are two sides. The owner will protect his work as much as he can, the one who is trying to destroy the goodwill of a business is also doing whatever he can. Who is going to win? It depends who fights hardest, longest and smarter to protect their point of view and what is dear to their heart.
 
Let him buy whatever plat deal he wants.

Once your in, you can never leave. La Familia will ensure the road to geigh is re-routed.

If the remedy to this situation can somehow equate to something monetary for a good cause, I would petition my vote for that choice. If this is not possible - If you really need to auction off the karma as a penalty then a member contest with a karma award is always fun.

I would let Sorearms and Dunk choose the contest questions. Make it a two part question.

Neither of them ever made any derogatory remarks toward me. Sorearms and I had our go around quite a while back, but we talked it out and it was over. I hope we don't lose them from the site. Just my 0.02.

dunk is a cunny funt, so i would consider offering him the prorated refund AND giving him nonplat status with all karma blabla transferred. then he can either pay month to month or remain non plat and you can ban him for farting too loud

anyway this is already too much drama, and no way did i read any of the other junk in thread because relaly, no ones opinion counts except mine anyway :D
