please help me decide bet 75 a day for 36 days or

75mg every other day till 36ccs runs out.i did not notice much the last time on 75mg every other day so i think i might try the first option.what are our opinions.
this is not the only thing in my stack so dont tell me too add anything just want to know which would be more beneficial
