I am three weeks out from a show, and yesterday i started to get a sore throat so i pounded glutamine and vitamin C. This morning i woke up and could hardly swallow.
This is my first show and I've put sooooo much work into it that i dont want to throw it all away. Right now i'm 4% bf, 5'11", 190 lbs.
Yesterday I shitloaded (carbed-up) from being hella depleted and right now i feel like shit. I did NOT go to the gym this morning to do cardio and plan on drinking at least 3 gallons of water today.
WHAT DO I NEED TO DO SO THAT I WONT GET SICK???
