hi! I am 6 ft 1 inch 185 pounds guy with 14-15% bodyfat .Ive been lifting seriously for last 5 yrs.
My goal is to add 12-15 pounds of LBM.
I plan to do a T only cycle. I will be using 'Testoviron depot' which is mostly testosterone with a little proprionate. I will do 400 mgs of ENANT a week for 10 weeks.
I plan to inject 250 mgs every 5 days for the first 5 weeks and upping the dose to every 4 days for the next 5 weeks. Which will even out at 400mgs per week for the entire cycle.
Armidex: I plan to use 25 mgs every 3 days initially and increasing or reducting this dose depending on my bloodwork which I will do one month into the cycle.
pct: I plan to keep it simple and do a nolvadex only pct at 20/20/20/20 2 weeks after my last injection
My question is about HCG at this low dosage of ENANTH that I plan to do firstly, is HCG required? and secondly how frequently and when during my cycle?
Also, should i consider using liver and joint support supplements on cycle? Is there anything that I have left out?
I want to lean bulk and minimize fat gain so how much above maintenance should I eat and at what macros?
I was thinking 500 above maintenance with a 50:25:25 ratio.( P:c:f)
