That routine looks pretty fuggin lame to me. What are your goals as to physical size and appearance? Strength and power development? Hook up soem info, cuz otherwise IU gotta say at first glance that routine SUCKS.
If you give us something to work with, many of us will. However, the workout you gave us seems to be a beach workout only. If you give us some goals or ideas of what you want to do then we can help, otherwise you are shit out of luck.
