Please Critique my Cycle

This is a cutting cycle.

My Stats: 24 y/o 5'11" 255 pounds. 18% Bodyfat.

I have done a lot of cycles over the years, quit for 3 years and recently restarted with a bulking cycle which I just finished.

Its a 12 week cycle consisting of the following:

Test Prop: 150mg EOD
Tren Ace: 150mg EOD
Winstrol: 37.5mg ED
EQ: 400mg PW
Arimidex: .5mg ED

I have Femara on hand, and also T3 and ECA.

How and when would you all incorporate the t3? I am planning on taking the ECA throughout the cycle. I also realize that there is a possibility of hepatotoxicity when using winstrol for 12 weeks, but am using it partly to counter the progesterogenic effects of trenbolone.

Goals: I want to maintain as much muscle mass as possible, and lose about 10% bodyfat.

Diet: I have an interesting dilemma, I tend to get extremely hypoglycemic on a very low carbohydrate diet, so I try to take in a medium amount of carbs mostly from grains. But any personal suggestions or alterations would be great. I plan to take in roughly 400g of protein per day, and a nominal amount of fat.

Training: I have in check, maybe suggestions on the amount of cardio I should do...I will be riding my bike to school which is 2 1/2 hours of cardio extra a week, so any cardio that I do will be supplementing my bike riding.

Would appreciate anyone and everyone's input into every facet of my cycle and plan!

trenbolone Ace: 150mg EOD
Winstrol: 37.5mg ED
Equipoise - boldenone undecylenate - : 400mg PW
Arimidex: .5mg ED

How and when would you all incorporate the t3?

I would start it as soon as u start the tren.

Days 1,2: 50mcgs
Days 3,4: 75mcgs
Days 5-18: 100 - 125mcgs
And HERE IS THE CRITICAL STAGE:
The SLOW taper. This is CRITICAL so that TSH levels
are allowed to adapt to the dosage so that there is no crash.
Days 19-22 : 125mcgs (or 100 depends on your max)
Days 23-26 : 100mcgs
Days 27-30: 75mcgs
Days 31-34: 50mcgs
Now, SUPER-SLOW(TSH will be VERY sensitive to ANY T3 now)
Days 35-41 : 37.5mcgs
Days 42-48 : 25 mcgs
Days 49-56 : 12.5 mcgs

Proposed cutting Diet:

Breakfast:

1/2 cup of oats with 25g of whey protein mixed in.
1 cup of coffee ( I Need cream)

Roughly 3 hours later:
8 oz of chicken breast and 2 cups of broccoli

3 hours later again:
8 oz of chicken breast

2 hours later and preworkout:
1/2 cup of oats with 25g of whey protein mixed in

Postworkout Shake with 60g of protein, will make with milk until weight loss becomes stagnant.
1 hour postworkout:
8 oz of chicken breast and 2 cups of broccoli

2 hours later:
1 lb of cottage cheese

I also try to drink 5-6L of water per day, with a minimum of 4.

Thanks for the advice on the t3 8 and 20.

I am thinking of adding a protein shake before bed...opinions?

^^^^b4 i comment on your diet when exactly are you becoming hypo during the day most often?

It happens when I don't eat a complex carb before I do cardio or workout, this seems to be the only time.

One thing I would change is to add a fast acting carb to your PWO meal. Like Waxy maize or dextrose or malto. I would use 2 scoops of Waxy maize in 16 oz of water and some crystal light mixed in for flavor. I also like 2 add 2 tlbs of dextrose.

Bump up the protein to about 50 for breakfast and pre workout.

i would walk briskly at an incline for 35-45 minutes at a separate time from weights such as inbetween another meal or when u wake up.
 
you don't need to taper t3

it makes no difference and that your thyroid was a hell of a lot more resilient than people give credit, unless you have a history of thyroid problems in the family you will be fine i have used up to 120mcg's ed and stopped it suddenly when i got my bloods done after PCT my thyroid was well in the normal range....

Alright, I will do all of your suggestions, appreciate the input. I am starting this cycle this monday...

I am really excited for the results!

Also, 8 and 20, you think 35-45 mins of walking in conjunction with riding my bike is enough cardio?
