I did an HST cycle last winter with some pretty decent results and will be starting again in a couple weeks.
Here is a list of the excercises and #/sets I'll be using. This is basically what I did last year with a few minor tweaks.
Nothing is set in stone so please don't hesitate to offer advice.
Squats: 2 sets
Leg Press: 1 set
Flat DB Press: 2 sets
Incline BB Press: 1 set
Seated OH Press: 1 set
Pulldown (will be chins on 10's & 5's): 2 sets
BB Shrug: 1 set
Skullcrusher: 1 set
Incline DB curl: 1 set
Calf Raises: 2 sets
I'm basically trying to keep it as simple as possible while still hitting all the muscle groups. I didn't include a hamstring movement because I honestly feel that squats and leg press hit my hamstrings hard enough, plus I didn't want any lower back issues combining SLDL w/squats.
