Day 1: Chest Work

1. Incline BB/DB
2. Flat BB/DB
3. DB Flat Flys

Day 2: Back
1. Reverse Chin-ups
2. Bent Over Rows BB/DB
3. Dead Lifts
4. Pull-ups

Day 3: Shoulder & Triceps

1. Weighted Dips
2. Military Press BB/DB
3. Close Grip Bench Press
4. French Press DB

Day 4: Legs & Arms
1. Squats
2. Curls BB/DB

/ = Alternating Weeks
A.M. Cardio Sun-Thurs 3 miles slow pace

I weight 230 5'9 with a gut 33 years old 36-38 inch waist. cluelees as to body fat .The goal is to get cut and still maintain some size if possible.

List your number of sets and rep range.

The exercises and days look basically okay... you could do variations on the theme but there doesn't seem to be anything inherantly wrong with it.
 
Chest work
Incline 5 X 5 at 165
Flat 3X5 at 205
Flys 3X7 with 40 pound DB

Back Work
Revirse chins 3X4 body weight ( I know that's weak)
Bent Overrows 5X5 at 135
Deadlifts 4X5 at 205
pullups 3X2 body weight

Shoulders & Tris

weighted dips 1 set with body weight , 4X5 with 15 pound db strraped to belt
Military press 5X5 at 85 Barbell pounds ( I'm working on it)
Close grip bench 5X5 at 145
French press 3X8 35pound DB

Squat 2 sets of 10 at 135 warmup
5X5 at 185

Curlbar 3X10 at 50 pounds

It looks basically good. You will want to shake it up in a while... but any changes I would suggest now would just be shaking it up.
