hard ot say since im not in on the details but see my earlier post - classic hacker "im doing u a favor by showing u ur vulnerability" morality. this supposedly makes them benign VS a cracker who will use the information gleaned for other criminal purposes. In any case its a big boost for their ego. crackers on the other hand. do it for the cash.

I am a newbie here so i don't know M.O.D, but I have to say to you all, GET OVER IT!...ok so he did something that he shouldn't have..out of anger, because by the sounds of it no one was listening to his warnings that George is a Liar, YOu may or may not agree with this, but i feel it was inapropriate to delete his threads because you didn't like them, Wouldn't it have been better to back yourself up george? show some evidence that your products work, rather than deleting his threads?.
Once he hacked into the mods forums, ok ban him, then discuss this with him and decide wether to allow him back on the Board, If he really was a good bro/ knowledgeable person I would see it as a shame to let one mopment of desprate action to be the end of him on the board.
another point, you say he has "gone bad" is this because he is a hacker? I tell you these boards are easy as fuck to hack if they are not secured..and frankly if you haven't taken the measures to protect yourself maybe its a good thing that it happened, It'll make the board a safer place., however it is against true hacker ethics to do what M.O.D done so if you must call him something use the correct term "cracker"!!.
I think everyone needs to be very paranoid when discussing private things over the net...Free encrypted email..ok sort of secure..I suggest getting PGP and encryptring your email yourself.

i swear that post about "s" was one of the funniest things ive seen on this board...i was driving down the expressway and thought of the post and started laughing histerically..people thought i was crazy
