it was like that at first for me too, in the last couple of weeks it's gotten way better. just really make sure your form is bang on, and practice sucking in really deep breaths and controlling the pressure.
We have no rack in my current gym so I have to clean anything I'm gonna squat!
I also have to return it to the floor in a controlled fashion after half-exhausting myself. My arms have are covered in bruises and my clavicles are sore from poor catches from 20+ sets of FSquats and 20+ sets of C&J a week. Making me one tough bastard though!
