So I have officially stalled and need a program to use so I can bust through this thing. I was wondering if Rippetoe would work seeing as it focuses on 3 sets of a heavy weight instead of one super heavy top set. Would this bust through my 5RM of 240? Maybe some 8x3 60%speed benching? I'm open to any and everything.
 
I don't understand, why would you go from progressing weekly to progressing each workout? It's supposed to be the other way around, you always start with simple until it stops working. If you dislike 5x5 (you could always deload and switch a couple things up), here's a good site to a list of different training methods: Training Programs - Starting Strength Wiki
