I just purchased plasma jet, after reading mixed reviews im not sure what to think?

im 5'11
180-185lbs
approx 10-12% bf

been working out on and off for about 5 years, been a regular for one year now..

let me know what you thought of plasma jet!!

They help my mental focus better than anything I have tried. I don't really get insane pumps from PLasma Jets, but I totally have tunnel vision in the gym when I use them.

iv heard good and bad, not sure what to say although i heard that production of it was halted due to inefficacy.

I loved it! I am 18%BF and I was still seeing an insane amount of veins for being that high in body fat.....down side is head aches if you don't work out....didn't notice to much pumps mostly just vascularity which is always cool.....the biggest thing I got from it was that it helped

Local vitamin shoppe sells single Blister packs of it and I'll buy one every once in a while just for fun

i still have half abox left from bout 3 years ago...10 gel caps per serving made me feel sick before ,during and after training.

I didnt throw the rest of it in the garbage coz it was so expensive but i'll never use it again !

Plasma Jet is pretty good. But for what it does, a dose of BRIDGE with a BIG BLAST will do it much better.
