135 + greens, pinks (usually use double knotted greens)
8 x 3

Did some hip work, abs, calves, very tired after tonight... saved the triceps since they're getting hit about 4x/week, figured they could use the rest.

good workout........... im amazed how much stronger you are than me and the fact that your almost a hundred pounds less than me. thats a damn good rack pull.

on your speed bench, do you mean you had the average and mini's on at the same time???

i had an average and light on at the same time... generally i just have a double knotted average

i gotcha.......... when you say double knotted, you mean looped around the bar twice, or do you mean double choked??
