Pissing dark orange

Ive been consuming about 1.5 gallons of water per day and at night, usually after my workout, my piss is bright orange. I cant figure out why this is happening. I drink close to half a gallon of water during and after my workout. Any darkness or orange/yellow tint is the result of dehydration. When you are hydrated, which if your drinking enough water like you should be, your piss will be clear. This just started about 6 days ago, im not sure if its from the T3 or winstrol? Anyone have any insight on this?

all i have to say man is WOW!!! Bright orange huh?? Shit I would be like wtf. I think yellow piss is from dehydration but not 100% o this. Bright Orange might be too much vitamin B or get your liver enzyme count done cuase u might be overdoing it. Make sure u keep drinking 1.5 to 2 gallons of water and wait for others to comment. B vitamins change my urine to almost illumnious yellow. Ir could be that. Else you just need to consume more water. Bump for more anwsers.

not taking ALA and it doesnt have a distinct smell. Like I said though, during the day it is crystal clear. post workout it is yellow to orange, and its only been about 6 days.

If your taking ALA then its normal and if it smells funny. If not get your kidneys checked.

If you want to mask the problem use MEGA MEN'S multivitamin to see neon yellow

Mulitivitamins do that to my piss. Do you take your pills later in the day? Vitamin C or B (jn hight dosses) will make your piss dark colored.

Yep my piss is always yellow after taking my mulitivitamin, but the rest of the day its pretty much clear. Maybe you don't drink enough water while working out?

Im on 50mg a day of Tt winny and 1200 mg Ala amd my piss is alway orange looking and stinks like shit. I drink at least 1-1.5 gallons of water per day.

Neon Orange?

The water you drink should be about 1 glassful 8x a day plus more but not in one sitting.
try drinking water every half hour or sooner and stop one of the things you are on until you know which one is the culprit.
Drinking a gallon of h2o in one hour is not the same as drinking it in 4 hours.
too much water at once could be bad for you. Orange piss could also indicate high levels of bile. And that would come from the liver.
THe color of your stool should be brown to dark brown as well and when there is a problem with the liver it could turn off white sometimes with diarrhea and at times constipation.

A guy on another board had this same problem a couple of years ago. What r you taking? It is supposed to mean that your kidneys are under a lot of stress and are shutting down.

i would think that if it was a kidney problem it would be everytime i pissed, but it s only after i lift or do cardio.

I was on a FIna, TT winny, IP VAr and went out drinking hard one night, wokeup and Pissed Orange a couple of times, but then it went back to normal. I just had my values checked and everything was fine, Cholesterol was up about 25points, but still only 181.
