I went to walgreens and bought one piece BD syringe & needles. Upon inspection I found that they had the same issues. I noticed that you can move the sheath sideways without opening the package and this will make the needle close tho the side of the sheath even though it is straight. So in summery the terumo's I got from gpz look about the same as the bd's I got from walgreens. The bd's may be a little nicer (better quality control) than the terumo's , but most people expect that. But the turumo's I got from gpz are fine. Sorry if I alarmed anyone. Also I have to say that I recieved my package from gpz in 2 days, so they have good service imo.

Well I just used a 25g bd & it hurt way more than the 23g terumo! The terumo was painless & the bd burned.The needle on the bd looked less smoth & polished than the terumo too. So I guess it comes down to what ever you feel comfortible with. The 25g is kinda hard to get oil through anyway (warmed too).

Hey Bro, if it burned that likely is from the alcohol that you cleaned the injection spot not being fully dry yet, not the needle.
