Pinning site advice

Thanks guys, so 1 inch pins for both of those? All the way in? I'm 6.1 and 185lbs, just wonder if this would be too deepen quads.

No way is it to deep for quads I use 1.5 inch on delts all the way in and never have any troubles.

Man, try your pec. Where you flex, about an inch above your nipple. Doesn't hurt at all. I use 5/8 inch 25g. My sweet spot.
